How to use: Start your shower at a comfortable temperature for you.  Ideal placement of the steamer should be on the floor of your shower behind you where it will receive some indirect water (do not place in direct stream of shower or it will dissolve the steamer very quickly). You can also take the steamer once activated by the water-and place it on a ledge closer to you for a stronger experience. As the steam rises, inhale deeply to enjoy the invigorating or calming scents. Take a moment to let the aromatherapy envelop your senses, helping you relax, uplift your mood, or energize your mind.
