How to Order Online and Pick Up Locally:

Visit Our Website: Start by visiting www.birchandwater.ca on your computer or mobile device. Our website is designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Browse and Shop: Explore our wide range of products, including skincare, soap, and more. Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Checkout: Once you’ve finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the screen. Review your order and click “Checkout.”

Payment: Complete your order by providing your payment information securely.

Confirmation Email: After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase, including your order number. Sometimes this email can go to your spam account so please check there if you do not receive an email from us.

Ready For Pickup: Once we have your order packaged and ready for pick-up, you will receive a second email notifying you its all ready to go!

Local Pickup Information:

  • Location: Your local pickup location is 33 Rothermere Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.  Please use the garage entrance on the right hand side of the house and retrieve your bag from the shelf.  It will be marked with your last name and order number for your convenience.
  • Pickup Days: You can pick up your order on Wednesdays each week.  Please reach out to me if you require your package sooner and I will do my best to accommodate.
  • Pickup Time: Our pickup window is between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Please ensure you arrive within this timeframe.

Shipping via Canada Post:

Ready for Pickup may display- for you this means that your order is ready to be shipped: After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.  We strive to have to parcel dropped off at Canada Post within 1-2 business days.
