How to use: Start your shower at a comfortable temperature for you.  Ideal placement of the steamer should be on the floor of your shower behind you where it will receive some indirect water (do not place in direct stream of shower or it will dissolve the steamer very quickly). This will allow the steam and moisture to activate the steamer slowly. As the steam rises, inhale deeply to enjoy the invigorating or calming scents.
